You might speak to Donna when calling in a ticket to the TSAChoice IT service line, renewing your software maintenance, or needing remote assistance with your business network, PC or other end-user devices. Donna is the Team Lead for our IT Help Desk that strives to meet first call resolution for clients.
Donna wears many hats in the IT division and is a vital part of the TSAChoice team. She is continuously monitoring and managing the networks of our Complete IT (CIT) clients. She keeps an eye on any alarms, makes sure all support is up-to-date and schedules quarterly business reviews for CIT customers. The TSAChoice team considers Donna so valuable that she was voted Teammate of the Year for 2015 and Customer Service Person of the Year in 2017. Donna’s patience and persistence probably have a lot to do with her receiving these awards. If finding yourself with a difficult situation or a challenging project, she is the one you want on your team. She will calmly and very deliberately work her way through projects until completed. Good or bad, she will always try to help anyone with anything.
A native of Asheville, she earned her AAS degree in Information Technology at A-B Tech. Donna enjoys hitting the highway on road trips while jamming out to some favorite tunes including Pitbull and Bruno Mars. She is a DIY kind of lady who enjoys working on, repairing, and decorating her home, even going so far as to change the brakes on the car. While she enjoys meals at her favorite restaurant Carrabbas, she plans her next big adventure, working her way through all the art, spas, and food that Italy has to offer.
