Keeping TSAChoice running successfully requires a lot of hard work from the whole team. After that customer contract is signed and a system is sold, the buck stops at Mr. Steve Clark’s desk. It’s Steve’s job to work with vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and often customers to purchase the necessary hardware and software for any new installation or service call. And for anyone familiar with the breadth of TSAChoice technology offerings, that’s a lot of product to keep track of!
Steve’s relaxed, easy-going demeanor is vital to our behind the scenes processes as we work to schedule projects and be as efficient as possible. Any product delays are handled professionally and communicated from the sales team all the way over to the technical side.
Whether it’s unified communications, IT, surveillance, card access, or lots and lots of Cat6 cabling, Steve is the man to make sure everything arrives just in time to make for a smooth installation and lots of happy customers.
Steve also works alongside the warehouse staff, keeping track of $1M+ worth of inventory and keeping it all organized. He works with technicians every day to make sure they have what they need when best-laid plans change, as they often do.
Steve is a true family man, based in Candler, NC. Outside of work, his primary job is raising his four children and keeping his wife happy. He’s a big fan of Nascar and the NFL’s Denver Broncos, always making sure to remind his colleagues about the time his team defeated the Carolina Panthers in the Super Bowl a few years back.
