Hunter Knight, one of TSA’s youngest team members, is proof that the new generation entering the workforce is going to be just fine!
Hunter has already worn many hats in his two years with the company. From inventory management in the warehouse, and most recently to the position of project coordinator for Unified Communications, and now for Managed Services.
Perhaps one of the most important jobs at TSAChoice, the project coordinator makes sure that technology systems are customized for the needs of each specific customer that works with TSA. The job involves lots of work with the technical team and plenty of communication and training with the end-users. Project coordinators separate TSAChoice from other businesses in the area, and Hunter’s attention to detail and excellent rapport with clients continues to help keep the quality of TSA’s project installation services at the very top in the WNC/Upstate regions.
Hunter has also bravely taken the lead on the implementation of cloud-based, hosted unified communication systems. It’s a very different process than the standard on-premise voice system, and Hunter has worked to make the process just as seamless and pain-free for end-users as the time-tested premise phone system installs have been.
Hiking, cooking, and travel are Hunter’s passions outside of work, and his family connections within TSAChoice have quickly made him a valued part of the team.
Thanks, Hunter, for all your hard work!
