Elijah Navarro has Managed the Partner Enablement division at intermedia for the last 3.5 years and was a Channel Manager for 2 years prior to that. He is a 15+ year sales, management, marketing, enablement, and training professional whose career spans multiple industry verticals and includes premise-based telecom, cloud communications (UCaaS/ CCaaS), product engineering, product management, manufacturing, and global distribution. He joins us today to help communicate the urgent need for businesses to lean into the full flexibility of the TSA Choice Business Cloud Communications platform as the modern workplace continues to evolve and the need for efficient and effective customer service demands increases.

Ashley Ballard has been working under and alongside Eli at Intermedia for 2.5 years as a Partner Enablement Manager. Ashley joins Intermedia with 15yrs of training, sales, marketing, remote workplace systems, project management, and account management experience. Coming from a background with Google she has successfully managed & trained a large team across the nation and launched products and services on a global scale.
