At TSAChoice, we know first-hand that maintaining and servicing a building full of technologies is an ongoing process. That is because, for almost every product that we stand behind enough to sell to customers, we’ve got at least one of those products working in our building, whether it is our Asheville or Greenville location.
And although these products are time-tested and rock-solid, things can happen. That is why, as a customer, it isn’t a bad idea to take a hard look at our Comprehensive Service Agreements (CSA).
Protecting Your Investment
When you purchase a technology system, whether it is Security, AV, IT, or Unified Communications, it’s all yours. But we all know that any system you buy is going to need service now and again, and sometimes parts will need maintenance or replacement. There will also be software updates, and some of those updates may require ongoing training for the staff.
Catching Issues Before They Become Problems
There are also going to be general housekeeping needs, like dusting the racks, changing projector bulbs, and ensuring that the batteries in the uninterruptable power supply (UPS) are still functional. Database back-ups are also a critical part of the life of business technologies.
Simplifying Your Budget
We are proud of what we do here at TSAChoice. We provide and install some great systems. But we understand that not everything we do is going to be bullet-proof. That’s why, with a CSA, we offer a one-time, flat-rate fee to protect your system. This effectively insures your investment. Break/Fix? Defective parts? Periodic upgrades? It is on us.
Additionally, if you decide you want more TSAChoice services, we’ll provide a discount on future installation projects, service calls, etc. This also includes priority response time for emergency issues.
