Many of you know Cathy Davis because for so many years she was the customer service tech (CST) that you met as soon as the voice solution contract was signed.
Her friendly voice called on you to schedule the implementation meeting. Together you would plan where your business phones would be placed, discuss programming and features, and get your team ready for the new technology being installed. Cathy’s project management skills and willingness to go above and beyond has always made her a favorite among our clients. We can’t even begin to guess how many kudos Cathy has received over her time here at TSAChoice.
Always one to want to learn more, recently Cathy accepted the position of VoIP engineer. In her new job, she works with the sales team to create voice solutions for clients that involve, business phones, mobility, call documentation and recording, mass notification, automatic call distribution (ACD), Conference solutions and more. This new role has her planning parts of the data network and integrating various technology solutions. She brings to the table not only the knowledge of working with these solutions for 12 years but also the experience of working side by side with our clients and learning first hand the challenges different business environments experience. As one would expect and as John Adair so eloquently put it, “she is knocking it out of the park!”
Cathy lives with her husband of almost 40 years in the mountains of Waynesville. She loves spending time with her two sons, daughter-in-law, four grand children, and a cute little Teacup Yorkie named Mia.
In her spare time, you might find Cathy sporting around in her convertible Mustang “Sally,” riding a mountain bike, enjoying a youth basketball/baseball game, scrap booking, or even quilting. She enjoys trying to the new local restaurants, but Clyde’s in Waynesville is a trusted stop for a bite to eat.
Cathy’s passion for her Faith shines through in the way she cares for family and friends. She uses her gifts of compassion, generosity, and graciousness to touch those around her. She has been a member Calvary Road Baptist Church since 1995. Each year you will find Cathy at the center of a great team of people putting together the yearly Christmas Drama, “The Gift.”
