2018 TSA”Choice” Awards
As we prepare to celebrate our annual TSA”Choice” awards, it is a time for us to reflect on the previous year. We know that as a company our success is a direct result of working with successful companies and good people.
To our clients, we say thank you for continuing to place trust in our capabilities.
In the Community
TSAChoice employees, as part of the organization and outside in their personal lives play active roles in supporting the communities in which they live, as youth pastors, raising money for causes they have strong ties to, mentoring and teaching children that may not have support at home, and working with youth sports just to name a few.
As a team, we have sponsored organizations such as ABCCM, the American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America, several youth sports programs, local high school sports, as well as a group effort to provide a good Christmas for families that are within our Hominy Valley community in which we work.
At the Office
We continue to drink more than our share of coffee, so if there is ever a deficit, we might be the reason.
Our technical teams put in over 57 thousand hours working on technology projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, New Jersey, Texas, and a few others.
As technology shifts, so do we, making adjustments in various technology solutions we offer. In 2018, we have seen an uptick in creating a better client experience utilizing contact center features such as chat, text, email, and voice documentation. In our surrounding areas, due to high-speed Internet improvements, we are beginning to utilize SIP trunking and hosted voice and data solutions where it makes sense. We also see that companies are taking security much more seriously to be able to protect employees, assets, and liability claims.
With changes in our current solutions portfolio and with bringing on new solutions our technical staff and account representatives are continuously studying and obtaining certifications to keep our skills current and strong so that we can continue to add value for our clients.
