TSAChoice teammates took the evening to enjoy reviewing the 2017 year. We laughed, we cried, we ate, everything a proper celebration should include!
A moment of reflection on accomplishments that happened throughout the year, to laugh at ourselves for crazy things that happen around the office, to be grateful for the community that supports us, and to bring together what we feel are the best service teams in WNC and Upstate SC.
Business Accomplishments:
The sales team and technical engineers succeeded in completing 19 manufacturer or organization certifications including:
BICSI (Fiber) (Installer 2)
Valcom
Leviton
Nupoint
Oria
Mitel MiVoice Office (MiVO), Mitel MiVoice Business (MiVB)
Mitel Contact Center (MiCC), Mitel Sales Professional
VMWare
Sonicwall
To support continued growth our Greenville, South Carolina office was moved to a larger facility and we added five new IT Engineers to support the growth of our Managed IT Services Division.
TSAChoice in the Community:
As a team, we raised money for the Buncombe County Council on Aging “Over the Edge” event
We donated blood for the American Red Cross, with Christine Justice holding our record for eight units for the year.
Teammates collected toys for the Eblen Foundation at Christmas
We sponsored many different events for non-profit organizations including ABCCM, Boy Scouts of America, Sisters of Mercy, and the Hominy Valley Youth League.
Team News:
Bill Arledge former President/Owner decided to hang up his technology hat, to explore other interests in travel, golf, and other hobbies.
Jeff Lowdermilk as an existing owner of TSAChoice stepped into the President role.
We celebrated Alecia Knight being with the company for 20-years.
The Team got together throughout the year to enjoy activities, such as cornhole tournaments, the shooting range, Thanksgiving luncheon, breakfast days, and more.
For anyone that has ever worked with TSAChoice, you understand that voting can be quite complicated when there are so many great people on a team. This group of people care about each other, our customers, and are proud of the work we continue to do each day.
