The TSAChoice UCaaS Comprehensive Service agreement, will not only make your transition to the cloud a smooth process but will provide the ongoing easy-to-access support your business requires.
This program starts with a Smart Start installation, then as your business evolves, we will be there to assist with planning new call routing, implementing changes, and providing additional training. This support can also be combined with our Managed IT Services program, Complete IT.

- Smart Start Installation for MiCloud Connect
- Free, unlimited training for new users
- Priority service with guaranteed response times for routine and critical issues
- Remote help desk support and onsite support for service issues
- Remote help desk support for MiCloud Connect move/add/change (MAC) requests
- Labor discounts on projects, MAC requests, or work with other TSAChoice divisions
- No charge for troubleshooting affiliated Telephone Company or Internet Service Provider issues
