Read’s Uniforms is a retail, business-to-business, full-service uniform company based in Asheville with stores throughout the region. Challenge
With ten locations regionally, it was important for Read’s Uniforms’ server infrastructure to be adequate enough to support applications, onsite users, and remote users. The service being provided to Read’s at the time lacked the fine-tuning that is required for the size and scope of the customer’s needs, and desired monthly backup reporting was not being completed nor shared.
