Join us at our Asheville office on Thursday, August 22nd as Engineer Bill Keehan demonstrates the in’s and out’s of the Administration Interface of the Mitel MiVoice Office 250 and the Mitel 5000.
We will review the latest software changes of the Mitel MiVoice 250, then proceed to two levels of administration training.
Level 1 training, includes day-to-day administration such as changing names, resetting passwords, and programming keys. In this session, you will also learn how to empower end users by providing access to the web portal, where they can access messages, call history, and schedule conference calls.
Level 2 training includes items such as setting up DID numbers, checking the status of IP endpoints, programming automated attendant, and more.
