This administration training includes a review of the latest software changes of the Mitel MiVoice 250, to then proceed to two levels of administration training.
Level 1 training for the administrator that wants to complete basic day-to-day administration such as changing names, resetting passwords, and programming keys. In this session, you will learn how to empower end users by providing access to the web portal, where they can access messages, call history, and schedule conference calls.
Level 2 training takes a more in-depth dive that includes setting up DID numbers, checking the status of IP endpoints, programming automated attendants, and more.
