Jan. 24 • TSAChoice Completes Nationwide Installations to Improve Veterans Health Administration Locations
TSAChoice, Inc. announces the installation of seven audio-visual (AV) presentation rooms nationwide for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs' Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to improve the administration of veteran benefits. The purpose of these AV systems is to facilitate training of VHA employees for the Administration's accounting systems in its seven regional Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) facilities across the nation: Smyrna, TN; Madison, WI; Orlando, FL; Lebanon, PA; Leavenworth, KS; Las Vegas, NV; and in Asheville, NC, where the CPAC pilot project was hosted with resounding success.
The Mid-Atlantic CPAC pilot project at the VHA in Asheville generated unprecedented increases in collections, lowering operating costs and establishing best practice performance thresholds throughout the VHA. TSAChoice's AV presentation system at this location, with touch-panel controlled video projection and audio, played an integral part in training these employees. As a result of this success, TSAChoice installed identical AV presentation systems at the other six CPAC facilities across the country. The work at all locations was completed over a year's time culminating by the end of 2011. CPAC is an industry-modeled strategy aimed at enhancing billing and collection activities within the VHA through the consolidation of traditional revenue program functions into regionalized centers.
TSAChoice's audio-visual division installs state-of-the-art technology for conference and training rooms, operation centers, classrooms and auditoriums, and video conferencing suites.
