September 15, 2011 - I’m writing in regards to an urgent call placed on 8/24/2011. We had a vender semi-truck enter the parking lot on the wrong side of the building, and in his attempt to drive through to the back lot, his truck pulled down both our Charter internet cable and the Fiber Link between our two buildings. From the moment I placed the call to Customer Service at TSA, the immediacy of the situation was addressed and technicians were dispersed and here on-site within 20 minutes of contact. I was also contacted by phone while the trucks were in route to let me know there status. The technicians assigned on the ticket show as Josh S. and T.J. They quickly assessed the situation and efficiently took care of getting our fiber link back up and running, again informing me of any decisions I needed to make, to not only fix the current problem, but to help prevent it from happening again in the future by elevating the height of clearance to 13 feet.
Basically, it was a job a well-done by TSA’s Customer Service Agent, the technicians, and also Jennifer Silver who helped me with wording on the invoice to submit it accurately to the trucking company involved.
